IP Lawyers 4 All aims to be at the centre of an emerging collaborative network of global and socially responsible IP expertise. It strives to reduce barriers of access to justice so that IP, judged on its proper strength and legal merit, may be the leveller of the global competitive playing field, rather than letting simple lack of access to expert legal representation pre-determine the outcome of any genuine IP controversy.
The project is in its pilot phase and we are specifically inviting under-resourced creators and inventors as well as small businesses in Southern Africa, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Malaysia, and Singapore to contact us if their intellectual property has been infringed anywhere in the world outside their home territory. Likewise, we are encouraging IP lawyers around the world to join the growing community of volunteering practitioners in IP Lawyers 4 All.
